The act and the resulting injury was worse than about 99% of the misdemeanor assaults I handle and probably worse than 80% of the aggravated assaults I have had on my docket over the years. Still, it just seems odd to the cops involved like a ton of people want. (And somebody got to Haynesworth quickly after the game because he was saying ALL the right things in the post game interview.) By the way, the youtube.com video of the incident is here. Edit: That earned him a five game suspension.

Let's See Tiger Play With That Going On

I played golf this afternoon at the Doral golf course (across from the Texas Motor Speedway.) What I didn't realize beforehand was that there was an Air Show going on at Alliance Airport at the same time. The USAF Thunderbirds buzzed the golf course time and time again as they turned around to head back to Alliance. Very loud. Very cool.
