Nancy Grace Works For Texas?
The Texas District and County Attorney's Association produces a weekly "case summary" newsletter that outlines the week's important appellate decisions. A change in the last couple of years is the "commentary" that the author (a prosecutor) adds at the end of a case review.
Although its facts are too complicated to recount here, last week the Fort Worth Court of Appeals reversed the conviction of a doctor who allegedly killed a patient who was already brain dead (and probably just plain dead). The above is the official "commentary" to that appellate case. I'm sure he thinks he is "fair and balanced" as well.

Nip/Tuck
Ok, here's the "shower scene" clip involving Slater on Nip/Tuck. Warning: PG-13 (even though it's on "regular" cable TV).
And it can be described simply as: G-A-Y.
Just When You Think The Worst
