Joiner resigns and goes to Region 11? Isnt this a big league conflict of interest? Was Watson given the title board president title to give him cover? (His wife works there, another conflict of interest). Why does the DISD school board always stink of corruption? Will Joiner be resigning? You cant serve 2 masters!!!!!! This needs to be addressed in a big way!

Why don't you just you write to Phil King. I'm sure he will jump right on that.

There is another part to the story we arent being told. Leaving Weatherford college and going to Region 11 is NOT an upward or lateral move in your career. Its a major step backwards in both pay and prestige. I agree, this is a conflict of interest and the board should step up and display some leadership and ethics.

You people have no idea what you're talking about. If he decided to go there, I bet it was good for him (professionally) and his family (personally). The Saturday edition of the Wise County Messenger said that the service center has no regulatory authority over Decatur ISD. So - where is the conflict? There is none. Be happy for the guy. Give people (and school districts and boards) the benefit of the doubt. Why do you have to be so cynical and negative?

If the Messenger says it by God it's true. I wonder who their source is on that. Laughable.
