How do parents allow people like this to coach?

WOW. It's amazing that this coach has never progressed past the ranks of T-ball.

Where do I sign my kid up?

Very inspiring and encouraging to know that there are Adults who are allowed to coach who understand the seriousness of mature young men playing a baseball game.

That coach... well.. he's a loser.

Unfortunately, there are too many Wise Cointy youth sport coaches that are exactly like this. They do not teach skills, just elitist bad behavior & attitudes. Their kids win at the youth level & suck in high school because they play to win & don't teach fundamentals. Talk about LOSERS...

Did you vote for Hillary?

Well we can tell who are Democrats & who are Republicans by the comments. He shouldn't have said your dad's are losers, but the goal should be to win. 2:17 speaks the truth.

I'm conservative as can be and there is absolutely nothing good about what this coach is doing. He is the loser, so will be his kids or whoever listens to this jackwagon. That is unacceptable on every level. Anyone who agrees with this is a terribly misguided human who needs god in his/her life..pronto.

You teach winning by coaching how to play the game better than the opponent. If you come up short it's the fault of the coach for not teaching your kids and coaching your kids on how to win by being more skilled and focused. You don't teach kids that losing a game makes you a loser in life, you teach them how to win and when they come up short they should be good sportsman, but put them back to work and grow their skills. Heck, sometimes certain kids will never be physically skilled enough to win. Those kids shouldn't be punished for losing but taught to max out their skills and ability. They don't deserve trophies if they lose, but by God they don't need to be humiliated by mouth breathing coaches either.
