Such a big deal made of this. Gore, 2000, refused to accept the election results. Again the media focus on Trump trivia and ignore everything Clinton.

Well, it looks like wise county will secede from the Union again - which did not work out too well the first time.

Gore made use o the processes in place to contest the election in a single state.

Trump is declaring he election void from the start.

I don't expect you to be honest, but surely to yourself you can admit the difference?

Some of you seem to be having cognitive problems this morning. When asked such a question (will you accept the election results?), Trump said he'll wait and see how it goes. A reasonable answer in the face of all the corruption.

Democrats have problems with rationality and logic. Have you ever noticed that?

Show the rest. Show that he was obviously tongue in cheek and then went along to clarify that, as it was with Bush Gore, the election might be so close as to justify a look...and why should he, at this time, waive all rights? He did say that he would of course accept legitimate results immediately.

202 - So we're in agreement that Al Gore, in November 2000, refused to accept the results of the presidential election, which he lost.

What an ass.

Considering that there are 31 Republican governors who either directly appoint or influence the state election office AND that local county election officials are mostly majority Republican, does this mean that Trump is claiming that the Grand Old Party is against him? Just trying to understand his logic. If that is possible.

Wordy, don't be such a dipsh*t. You're often way out there, but smarter than that. The recount in Florida was mandatory under Florida state law due to the narrow margin in Bush's favor. Gore did not have the ability or authority to accept the results. The Florida Supreme Court ordered a recount. Then, Bush sued Gore (that's why it's called Bush v. Gore) to stop the recount. The USSC stopped the recount in a 5-4 decision along party lines with Scalia opining that counting every vote violates the EP clause of the US constitution. Despite the odd basis of that ruling, it ended the issue. Gore accepted it and didn't challenge it even by asking for a simple rehearing.

Hope that clears it up for you, little guy.

301 - Well, dipshit yourself, the version as recounted by the Supreme Court of the United States differs from yours.

"Because Governor Bush’s margin of victory was less than “one-half of a percent . . . of the votes cast,” an automatic machine recount was conducted under §102.141(4) of the election code, the results of which showed Governor Bush still winning the race but by a diminished margin. Vice President Gore then sought manual recounts" There's rejection #1 of the results by Gore.

" On November 26, the Florida Elections Canvassing Commission certified the results of the election and declared Governor Bush the winner of Florida’s 25 electoral votes. On November 27, Vice President Gore, pursuant to Florida’s contest provisions, filed a complaint in Leon County Circuit Court contesting the certification." There's rejection #2 of the results by Gore.

Note that each rejection follows a declaration of Bush as the winner.

You know what you sound like? You sound like a third-rate attorney frustrated by the fact that you keep losing arguments to a layman.

There is video proof of voter fraud . It never happens, it's a republican conspiracy theory, it's impossible to rig an election, bla bla bla. The American people are on to you libs. Just keep denying it. Everybody know it's happening. Democrat, the unAmerican party. It was great seeing Trump traunce the old hag.

I have always voted for the Republican Presidential candidate until this election. I refuse to vote for that egotistic bully. He is such a jerk. But, I will not vote for Clinton either.
I can not with a clear conscience vote for either one. I will write in my choice instead.
