Random Wednesday Morning Thoughts

  • Texas Rangers had 14 players with suspensions. Odor was also fined $5000 so a fan started a GoFundMe page
  • Predictions for the Byron Nelson Golf Tournament. Golf is one of those sports that I have a hard time getting in to.
  • Wise County Weather Update from, well...The Update:
  • WET START – Rain was falling on commuters headed in to work this morning. Rainfall totals as of 7:30 a.m. included 0.85 of an inch in Greenwood, 0.79 in Decatur, 0.5 in Alvord, 0.42 in Bridgeport and 0.27 in Rhome. Oncor Area Manager Sabrina Easley reported 1,200 customers without power as of 7:30 in Alvord and Runaway Bay. Both areas have been out since around 5:30 a.m. when the storms came through. The forecast calls for a 50 percent chance of rain today and a 40 percent chance tonight. Rain chances remain in the forecast through Friday.
  • Prosper woman sentenced to two years in prison for having sex with her son's 15 year old friend. Kinda light punishment.
  • I found what I need Barry to get me for Christmas. I may need to start a GoFundMe to help him out.
