What about Rhome's scandal-prone Chief?

Some of the most terrible people on this planet are cops.

5:29PM, this cop was: 1.Initially unable to get licensed because he couldn't pass the test.
2. Fired from the DEA after being called a liar and a cheat by a judge and co-workers.
3. Elected by stupid Denton County voters on name-recognition alone.

He's a terrible cop, and about the only good thing that we can say for him is that evidently he's a pretty good dad to at least one of his daughters.

Every. Single. Cop. In Denton County, wants him replaced.
He is not one of us.
We are ashamed of him.

That's funny. I've had several encounters with police for transgressions of my own making and I don't think any of those guys were anything other than honest men doing their best at a hard job.

On the other hand, I have been robbed at gunpoint by a nigger, had a straight razor held to my throat by another nigger, and been burglarized by yet another nigger I hired to do some work around my house.

So my 60 years of life have taught me that some of the worst people on this planet are niggers. I like my chances with cops just fine, thank you.

Good luck with your unreasonable hatred of cops. You're an idiot.

6:47 Well, this coming from a self professed criminal and racist. I have to give you credit though, you kept putting yourself in bad situations despite your racism. I've managed to avoid ever being violently robbed by anyone or involved in transgressions that lead to police encounters...but hey, you got 15 years on me so maybe an epic mid life crises will change that. Next time the cops are called on you they might even take a nice picture of your junk while doing their "hard" job!

A lying, cheating cop? I'm shocked, shocked I say!

I'm right there with 6:47.

He looks like a creepy dimwit; and failed his basic peace officer exam?!

He must be retarded.

6:47,

Another trailer park Cracker I see. How many teeth do you have in your mouth right now? Count them. Difference between them and me is that I would have smoked your 60 year old A@#.

Reading through the article, and this jumps out (referring to Travis's wife): "She even helped him tidy up his application to ensure that he landed the DEA job."

What does that mean? Did she do something minor like correction spelling errors, or did they pad his resume with fabrications?

7:29 -- Your reply lends credence to what 6:47 said. How many thoughts are in your head right now? Count them if you can. How many of them include murder and mayhem?

I just wonder why the guy that runs this blog hates cops so much. Don't they keep lawyers in business? We all know how honest lawyers are yet he never post anything about his profession. I guess if a Cop had a blog he would post all the negative news about lawyers, but that's none of my business.

He doesn't hate cops. He hates lying, cheating, hypocritical, unprofessional, unethical cops. It's not his fault that's the majority of ones on the force. They are free to clean up their act and follow the rules at any time.

Yep, call me a racist. I learned to be one through consistently unpleasant contact with black culture. We passed laws requiring me to treat them like white people. Fair enough. Noble sentiment and all that. But without simultaneously requiring them to act like white people, those laws are stupid and counterproductive. I stand by my life's observations that it is best to avoid blacks when possible.

4:39, I don't have a problem with the conclusions you came to, just that it took you so many experiences to get there! Fool me once.....fool me twice.....!

6:35----

Many of those experiences, I had no choice in. In the seventies, they forcibly integrated my high school. I had no choice but to interact on some level with blacks. It was almost uniformly unpleasant. As a young adult, I lived in Dallas. Wow, what an education for a country boy from west Texas. Later in life, late twenties, self employed, I tried like hell not to be racist. Every time I employed or otherwise interacted with blacks, I regretted it and came away with an even lower opinion of them than I had before. Bottom line: I tried. They didn't. I'm done.

6:47 is a realist not a racist. 7:31 you have obviously never spent much time around black people. Take a walk around the stop six area and report back if your able to. And 7:29 you sir are an idiot.
