I think it's pretty awesome. You want kids to enjoy coming to school, and be supportive of others? This is what it takes. Our old pep rallies were snoozefests. Hell, the principal even tried to shut them down. My son's had to be after hours so they didn't interfere with the number of minutes students had their asses in the seats.
