And the comments from the homos on your attached link just show how stupid and skewed these people's thinking is.

Your website is total and disgusting gay trash.

the real question here is, "which one leaves the lid up"

It amazes me how individuals who hold Juris Doctor Degrees and the highest judicial positions in our country either ignore or are oblivious to the natural law and the rule of law.

My goodness the hate in these comments is unreal. I was at their ceremony two weekends ago. It was beautiful and so touching. One bride's sister was her maid of honor, and her nieces flower girls. The other bride's brother, was her best man. Both of them were given away by their fathers in the most touching ceremony I have ever witnessed.

You want to hold hate in your heart, or voice your opinions about homosexuality, fine. That's your right, even I believe you're incredibly wrong. But you don't get to personally attack total strangers, and you damn sure don't get to comment how you believe their family feels.

I sat in that wedding and that reception and thought "there's no way someone could watch this and not feel the love." I honestly believed, in that moment, that could be true. Alas, clearly, it isn't. You owe those ladies and their families an apology, but I assume that's asking a little much. Keep it classy Wise County.

Someday soon people who make nasty comments about other citizens will be fined and it will be a good thing. A little jail time wouldn't hurt either.

Thank you for your kind and heart-felt words of love and encouragement Leddy. You make me want to be a better citizen of Wise County.

the clerk is wrong

Katy Anders said...

That's great. It sounds like the clerks are coming around.

Congratulations to this and all of the other couples.

Yep, lets have fines for free speech. Heck jail time too, sounds good.
Sounds like you have a teapot full of bullshit. Your ideas come to bear fruit and turmoil will be the least of our problems. Hitler, Stalin or Pol Pot mean anything to you?

My goodness the hate in these comments is unreal.

(just like the hate that came from the leftist gays in order to get to this point)

I was at their ceremony two weekends ago. It was beautiful and so touching. One bride's sister was her maid of honor, and her nieces flower girls. The other bride's brother, was her best man. Both of them were given away by their fathers in the most touching ceremony I have ever witnessed.

(sounds perverse and i hate the fact this is now considered normal)

You want to hold hate in your heart, or voice your opinions about homosexuality, fine. That's your right, even I believe you're incredibly wrong. But you don't get to personally attack total strangers, and you damn sure don't get to comment how you believe their family feels.

(sure we do; that's exactly what the militant gays did and anytime a hetero disagreed, they were haters)

I sat in that wedding and that reception and thought "there's no way someone could watch this and not feel the (sense of lustful sin and disgust)." I honestly believed, in that moment, that could be true. Alas, clearly, it isn't. You owe those ladies and their families an apology, but I assume that's asking a little much. Keep it classy Wise County.

(disgusting and gross and it sucks because now my kids have to be more exposed to the gays sin)

You conservatives need to be patient. This is a "phase" they need to get through.

Then they will still be batshit crazy. But straight.

Happens all the time.

Then again, one of my best childhood friends was straight for well over 50 years, two kids, wonderful wife of 35 years...then at some point, he wanted bald hairy guys to rape him in the ass. So I guess it works both ways.

Or maybe some folks just have a lack of restraint. Or want attention. Or have allowed the devil into their hearts.

Looking for answers.

Well said Leddy Foster. When my step-daughter married her wife, both families were in attendance and couldn't have been more proud. Like you said, you could feel the love in the air!

Anonymous said...

Pay no attention to these idiots..not many would say these things to your face..most just think they're funny. You believe what you like...I think most of us would feel the same if we had been there. I personally don't have those feelings about marriage anymore..it's for the young...it gets old after many years.

7:29AM get over it..it is what it is..the new world...love ir or leave it.

You assume people felt love in the air, but it might have just been the warm smell of Colitas rising up though the air.

I think it is a mistake to assume people went to a gay wedding and everyone felt the love.
Maybe some were just trying to be pleasant.
Maybe some disagreed with it all and just grinned thru it.
Maybe some were disappointed and grossed out.

Truth is, you don't know.

Hasn't science proven that people are born gay?

sparkerr said...

Leddy, You have such kind and loving thoughts. I am so happy for your friends. And I am absolutely certain that what you described was true. I have been to a wedding just like that, well actually two. There was an aura among everyone there that was so beautiful, a moment when you can almost see the love all around, and you certainly feel it, strongly feel it.

Fortunately, the disapproval of gay rights is at its highest among the older crowd. They will be gone sooner than later and people will wonder what the fuss was about.

sparkerr said...

Leddy -
And isn't it hilarious that there are people on here telling you that they know how people were feeeling, when they don't even know the people. Just projecting themselves among your family and friends. They should be so lucky.

Anonymous said...

Well Sparkerr you are so correct. Most people are tolerating the same sex marriages because they are surrounded by family members and friends who are gay. Soon they will be a majority and hey that's great maybe the world will get smaller...it is certainlly gettng darker now too. I will be so glad my "older" generation will be gone soon because it is becoming intolerble to bear. It's going to be a sicknicking place to live...have fun.

And on the 3rd day God created the Remington rifle, so man could fight the dinosaurs and the homosexuals!

It's already a sick place to live with all these dang homosexuals everywhere!
