as a poor student, she couldn't afford a high end hair stylist. It makes a big difference...

Just like a fine wine. (And I do mean FINE)

Anonymous said...

ewwww!!!

Anonymous said...

Think she had a little work done? I mean, beyond the clear evidence of bleach and tanning beds.

This is a woman who absolutely believes in a woman's right to access to a doctor to perform medically non-necessary procedures.

my gosh, she should have been aborted.

Anonymous said...

talked 11 hrs strait on abortion=democratic hero

Anonymous said...

She's improved with age!

Anonymous said...

No way that is the same person. Convince me otherwise somehow.

Anonymous said...

Well isn't that just the spoiler. She still looks good from a distance.

Anonymous said...

Her face is still a little squidgy looking, and I don't like women with little teeth like she has. But she does look a lot better. It's not because of surgery, she just stays in shape more now than she did back then.

Fine? Are you nuts? Yes, so attractive to hear a gash go on for hours about killing babies.

Baloney she was a poor student. Davis was married to Fort Worth attorney and former Fort Worth city councilman Jeff Davis at the time and they were living in Mistletoe Heights.

Her father founded Stage West where she waited tables when she was younger. That is probably where she met Jeff Davis.

Like I said at the Startlegram: Texas is going to need the proposed bullion depository to satisfy her 14 carat mind.

Anonymous said...

those 'medically non-necessary procedures' were definatley necessary

Anonymous said...

i wouldnt , even with jack daniel's weiner

Anonymous said...

She can take those teeth out and go to town.

Anonymous said...

There is more than one type of surgery that she supports. Sticking babies in the brain with forceps is only one of them is only one of them.

Before....typical look of a liberal woman...and what she would still look like if she lived in the Northeast. When I think about liberal women, this is the image I see.

After...what she realized she had to look like to be a succesful politician in Texas.

What a hair style!

It's totally a woman's decision to govern her own body. That's what I'm seeing on posters and hearing from all the shouts. Wonder if those same posters and shouts will accompany a man protesting why he should pay child support (the guy has no say, right? If he wants the abortion and she refuses, why should he have to pay child support?) or accompany a woman arrested for prostitution (her body, after all...to sell as she pleases.) Or a woman who wants to marry a guy who already has a wife? Her choice, no? Of course they won't. The posters and shouts run for cover like roaches in those cases. Typical.

Anonymous said...

What a hypocrite!. She said that Republicans were using the abortion bill to further their political careers. When asked if she would run for governor, she said that she would give it some thought.

This post and its comments confirm that sexism is alive and well in Wise County.

None of the male Senators (including our own unsightly blob known as Craig Estes) have faced this level of scrutiny related to their appearance. Ask yourselves why.

Sure, you can disagree with Davis and stand by the theory that a blastocyst should be given the full range of rights of a fully-developed human. But, your attack on her physical appearance speaks to something else...something unrelated to your views on abortion. Something we should have left behind decades ago.

STOP THE WAR ON WOMEN!

especially women babies who haven't been born!

Anonymous said...

Wow, she looks younger now than she did in those days. Amazing how women seem to become more attractive than men do, for a longer time at least. Men..most lose their attractiveness around 45

Anonymous said...

1:10, Have you seen Hillary lately?

Anonymous said...

1:10 What? You go it backwards, men that take basic care of themselves get dignified with age. Women just get old and are of no use on this planet after 40! We just trade 'em out for a younger model.

Anonymous said...

oh look. It's the train wreck who has no problem with murdering babies at 22 weeks or cares whether women have abortions in safe environments.

@12:29 PM - No biological father is ever FORCED to pay child support, they always have the option to relinquish their rights. Child support is only forced upon those that wish to have a relationship of any kind with the child.

12:50 - Per your instructions, I asked myself, "Why?" Here's what I came up with:

"None of the male Senators (including our own unsightly blob known as Craig Estes) have faced this level of scrutiny" because... um... they are male Senators.

@12:50: Copied from Wiki:
The human blastocyst comprises 70-100 cells.
Blastocyst formation begins at day 5 after fertilization in humans and is closely related to blastula. In week 2 it is referred to as a hypoblast, then epiblast. You misrepresent the argument from the other side that you take, and my guess is that you do it intentionally. The legislation in question does not address this extremely early phase of pregnancy.

Anonymous said...

3:00, that is a complete misstatement of the law. You are absolutely wrong.

Anonymous said...

Her college picture looks similar to the "Running From Something" woman that you mentioned yesterday.

Blastocyst=The liberal term for a 20 week old fetus. They claim to be all knowing when it comes to science but it appears at least Wendy Davis and 12:50 are clueless about human developmental biology. Blastocyst differentiation occurs pre-implantation, very early on in the pregnancy(-7days). After the 8th week of implantation, the developing embryo becomes a fetus, which means the fetal stage begins around week 9. At 20 freaking weeks your little "blastocyst" looks pretty cute on a sonogram.

When I saw my wife's first sonogram picture from 20 weeks my first thought wasn't, "hey, look at that little blastocyst"! I can understand how this term makes it more palatable for you baby killers though, the word has a terrible connotation, I mean who wants to keep a blastocyst around.

You libs would spend your last dime in search of a gay gene, but wouldn't even spend a penny to fund a study for fetal pain. Your pursuit of scientific endeavors is solely wrapped around your political leanings, and therefore highly subject to biased results.

1:10, most women gain 50 pounds or more upon reaching adulthood. What is the average age of the women Barry posts here every morning?

Anonymous said...

4:54, only women that don't take care of themselves.

Anonymous said...

Royce West be lookin at her like she be needin some chocolate.

Anonymous said...

For everyone screaming "baby killer" you do realise abortion is constitutional under Roe v Wade, right? Why do you hate the Constitution?

Anonymous said...

I just don't think I could do it with a woman named Russell.

Anonymous said...

I don't hate the Constitution. I hate the way it was interpreted by a liberal court.

Anonymous said...

TCU my ass.

Aint nothing Texas or Christian about that Broom Hilda Davis.

Stop the war on women???????????????

What about the Sharia Law in other countries (soon to be here) where they mutilate, rape, kill, abuse women for looking at another man! ???!

Anonymous said...

Pardon my ignorance, but this is actually a serious question: Are the pro-choice comments here typical?

Anonymous said...

Could we please get a Bacon rating on Windy Davis?

Anonymous said...

Back then, I bet it was out of control - down below......

Anonymous said...

And the really good thing about Sharia law is they make the women cover their faces. Please hurry to America!

Anonymous said...

who cares? it is the message not the image

Anonymous said...

5:56, Obama has made Sharia Law an up and coming thing in Egypt and Libya and has now announced help for the rebels in Syria who want that law there. I guess you know that he went to a Muslim school in Indonesia and that was the religion of his family. The school required that students be citizens of Indonesia.

While on the subject of the rebels that Obama is supporting in Syria you can find graphic film on the internet of them beheading a Catholic priest the other day. The film is close up and might make you sick.

Another blood sucking attorney who gets rich by keeping the man down while he/she self regulates for their own gain. Lawyers suck!!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

3:00 doesn't have a clue about child support. Your D N A you pay.
I read somewhere that as many black babies are aborted as are born. This can't be true is it?
The doctor should just deliver it and give the mother a hammer an trash bag and the garbage pickup dates. Oh an a tubligation with his bare hands.

Anonymous said...

Wow! 9:00 What tea party nutsack did you crawel out from under??

Anonymous said...

if the constitution told you it was all right to 'Jump off the water tower' , it would still be wrong and stupid to actuaslly do it.

5:18 - and what they hope to accomplish (other than Perry being President) is to dismantle Roe v Wade. I really do believe it will get all the way to the top. I hope it doesn't result in civil war.

I do hope that the women's rights groups don't stoop to having posters with women dead from a botched abortion, but it wouldn't surprise me.

It's not just this abortion issue that endangers women's rights. We are seeing other freedoms diminish.

Sort of scary to think about that.

7:19, that is something for your and the IRS to figure out>

Where's the logic in ANYONE on the left upset over the death of a child found on the street in Saginaw but not upset about killing a 22 week old baby?
