Is That A Trooper Car In A Handicap Spot At The Whataburger In Decatur?

Edit: That's one tricked up paint job. Maybe it's just an old handicap space.

If you go look that is not a handicap spot anymore!!!! The one next to it is.

Look at the wall behind the car. No sign.

That car doesn't need a sticker or tag. The handicap is implied.

If there's no vertically mounted or suspended sign, it's not a legal handicap space and anyone can park there. It doesn't matter what is painted on the pavement.

It is still painted on the concrete to show that it's handicap

next to a loading area and painted on the ground.

It's a legal parking spot, formally known as handicapped.

The blue square is still there(their/they're) but the sign and wheelchair symbol are gone.

This copper is parked legally. I do question the diet though, not healthy.

It is a space specifically designated for the Blue Haired Knuckler that has no impairments.

Call me skeptical, but usually the handicap parking is next to the door. Boy you really do hate the DPS don't you Skippy?

Handicap spot is not always by the door---sometimes it's next to an area with a little extra room to allow for a wheelchair ramp on a van.

It's Whata-a-Chicken Day for retired Sgt. Rankin. There is NOTHING wrong & totally LEGAL once a month (COD Ordinance #5307).

Do you know the difference in a cactus and a Trooper car?

With a cactus, the pricks are on the outside. LOL I couldn't resist.

They'll stop you and make up a number to write you a ticket. You would be surprised at the abuse of authority inherent in parking in a handicap space?

Also, would that jack-off write me a ticket if my windows were tinted like that?

Have you ever noticed that DPS vehicles don't have vehicle unit #'s posted like all other TEXAS agencies do??????????????

Hey Kelly, how's your what-a-chicken.

I'm gonna go way out on a limb, but I'd say the handicap requirement was met long ago.

DPS cars now have a specific lic. plate that is the unit number. Not the normal Texas exempt plates that are run on everything else.

Car 54 where are you?
