Some of those drivers are the dregs of Rhome and Newark. The Northwest manager over the contract bus service could care less. He makes a huge salary off outsourcing at your kids expense, to the lowest foreign bidder.
It is driving a bus folks, I pretty much assume anyone willing to sign up for that gig is cracked out anyway. Knowing that, for liability reasons, Northwest ISD is spot on for outsourcing. You either hire the same cracked out retards or let someone else take care of it.

The bus company Northwest uses, is not even U.S. owned. The drivers make less than walmart employees.They don't get the best help.
