But, after all that being said, once he slapped the cop, he pretty much cashed in his "don't taz me bro" card and got what he deserved. Maybe a little more than he deserved, but drunk boy caused his own issue.
My only question is if the cop could have dealt with the situation a little less aggressively, like, not getting in his face.

Oh come off it 9:56. Cops are not superior beings putting it all on the line NYPD Blue/T.J. Hooker/Adam-12 style. An overnight convenience store clerk faces the same risks, only he doesn't get to carry a badge and all the perks that go with it.
