I cant tell you how many times I've tried to launch a boat and the swimmers wouldn't get out of the water and go to the designated swimming area instead.
Its against the law to swim in a boat ramp in most states. That leaves the boaters to having to be incredibly careful backing in because these rude little snits simply won't make way. Theres never a park ranger around to make them leave.
I bet if I tried to launch my boat off the beach in a designated swimming area the whole freaking world would be up in arms over it...
