WHITE. TRASH.

Some people just don't know how to stay out of the way of crazy people. She should have gotten the death penalty. WTH is the law for anyway?

but her sex life will improve now..

In no way can a fb/ MySpace ever help the credibility of a defendant.
Especially if your regular routine is to cuss and post normally private crap that no one else cares about.

12 years for murder? Lots of folks are in for far longer for having drugs in possession. Well, here's one less Wise Co redneck vote for the Republicans.

I like how the 70 yr old man gets 30yrs. for having meth and she gets 25 yrs. for murder. What a justice system! or is it just in Wise County? I will say that looking at both of them maybe jail is the best place for them.

You obviously can't read 7:53. The sentence was 25 years. And for you kill them all folks, the death penalty is not an available punishment for her offense under Texas law. So go suck on your Pearl beer and bitch about the system some more. You got a lot of credibility as I'm sure you have done SOOOO much to aid the cause of justice ... like bitch on this blog.

The gene pool must have been pretty shallow at her end of the pond.

If she had run down my son, I'd be the one getting a sentence now.

peacock hit it, pure platnum

8:31 - of course the "sentence" was 25 years. How much time do you suppose she'll serve? 12 years is probably longer than actual time.

She will do at least half by state law. Murderers do 80 to 100 percent these days. Parole board members are political appointees. They let out dopers and drunk drivers very quickly so they can make space for killers and rapists. The 70 year old meth guy will probably parole before he dies, maybe in 5 years or so. Messenger misstated the parole law for him. He serves a quarter of his 30 but he gets good time credit. Meaning he will get actual time plus a bunch of extra credit. For example, a quarter of 30 is 7.5, so if Mr. Meth serves 2 years and gets good time credit for 5.5 he gets paroled. Murderers don't get good time credit. So you see, 9:56, her actual time in will probably be at least 20 years, but it cannot by law be less than 12.5 years.

Lovin' the cross necklace in the picture. Obviously she doesn't "get" what it stands for!

I bet she has bad breath.

She has gained a lot of weight..think she must have been on drugs. Sad that she must have been born without proper tools for decision making that would have taken her on a different path. So many just like her everywhere. Maybe someone can help her little girl make a better life for herself.

I have a feeling she's got a life time of lemon aide to look forward to.

I heard the guy was very abusive. Some people just need killing.

6:54 I appreciate your explaination of the Texas Law on the years someone is sentenced and what to expect on their probabtion. Very nice of you. Being a Registered Nurse and being busy all day, I quickly look at newspaper and read about a criminal's sentencing and I never knew the probabtion difference. Not sure of the "Pearl Beer" but relaxing by the beach having a Corona with a squirt of lime would be nice right now!
