That's Throwing Up A Force Field

In the midst of the sexual harassment story yesterday, Herman Cain ended a press conference by singing a verse of "He Looked Beyond My Faults."

Finally someone that's not ashamed to show his faith in Christ!!!

Almost as if Cain and Perry are trying to force their own "Dean Scream" moment!

Cain had his biggest fund-raising day ever yesterday. Main-stream media's stranglehold over the American public has come to an end.

This is what I sang when asked about my sexual harassment allegations:

I like big butts and I cannot lie. These other brothers can't deny. When a girl walks in with an itty bitty waist and round thang in your face.......

You won't find any sexual harassment allegations against Rick Perry!

(Well...at least not from women.)

It is indefensible how the networks were quick to defend Bill Clinton by not reporting public accusations of rape, inappropriate physical contact, and explicit behavior – and are quick to attack Herman Cain on the basis of unspecified allegations by anonymous sources.

I doubt there is much to the harassment scandal. What's disturbing and disqualifying is Cain's ever-changing account of the issue. He should have come forward and cleanly recounted the whole issue. He didn't. He's toast.

This story was not broken by the main stream media, it was Politico, a fairly consrvative newspaper and web site. Politico sat on the story for 10 days trying to get Cain to talk to them before they broke it. He finally did and screwed up his opportunity by denying knowledge and then confessing knowledge, and then changing his story several times.
The sources are not annonymous to Politico. The two women cannot talk about it because it is in their settlement (cash, 5 figures) to never talk about it. We will never hear their side unless they want to give up the money they accepted for silence.
