I will tell you, no your girls will not do this, I promise.
The demeanor of the coach sets the tone for the players and fans. If the coach whines and complains, so will the players fans and coaches.
Set the tone.... a calm confident coach builds the most confident team.
When you look at the majority of successful coaches, they are not whiners or complainers, they stay confident and built confidence.
