Yeah--they already caught the "dudette"!! Good job, local law enforcement types! From what I understand, she was already in felony trouble--now she's got a lot more! Duh.
It was all a miscommunication. What happened was that she was so impressed by the WC courthouse that she called in and said that being in the courthouse was "da bomb." Her message was simply garbled.
Stupid is as stupid does!! not only should she go to jail, but when she gets out she should have to pay for all the cost to the county with interest!! No sense in me having to pay for it!
She had a plea bargain set to go to jail on Valentines Day. She was probably hoping for a reset. Now she'll get more time than she bargained for. What I wonder is how they tied the video at Wal Mart to her being on the docket also? Does anyone know if she pled on her other case's?

What the heck? what exactly did she do ?
I bet courthouse security's answer to this little fiasco will be to beef up security. As though metal detectors would prevent false bomb threats.
