I just had the chance to read the Del Rio story, he never mentioned that while building his house in the North end of Wise County. Marco was a DPS tribute for him in Denton County, Theft and Forgeries are not good for the DPS, see they have problems too Leroy. U just read about it when they are convicted, not accused or charged.

what was pretty interesting about this whole story was the men that were caught at the roadside park.

Leroy Burch was one of the best things to ever happen to Wise County. Period. He invented meth. He invented gay extortion at the Roadside Park. He discovered the Barnett Shale. He founded the Wise County Settlers Reunion. And he blocked the installation of Astroturf at Decatur High.

How could Barry know their names...
They were extorted from to avoid prosecution. The cases weren't hitting the courthouse for $5000.00 or so. These were class C offenses. The bonds were set way high so that the bondsmen could make some money to share...
