yep its true, I heard it on the scanner. A Wise County Investigator was called out to the scene. Hope it was not suspicious. I saw a Deputy at the grocery store this morning....he said the Investigations Lt. was called out. Must not have been a real bad deal as the Captain, Chief, and Sheriff did not come out......when it bad or suspicious, they all respond....
8:44, police, fire, emergency workers, utility workers, red cross, community volunteers, the media, neighborhood watch...just some of the "f"s that according to you need to get a life. On top of that, you're the proverbial pot...who the "f" sits around and reads blogs and comments? Fat non-volunteers like you and me, I guess.
you will get more real news, local news by listening to a scanner. you will find out what really goes on 24 hrs a day that you would never read about in the decatur social "newapaper"..get a scanner, get the real story, as a taxpayer you're entitled to know.
While I was listening to my scanner at around 1:55 am this morning I heard a police chase start in Rhome and end 1 hour later on some road off of 820 in far south east ft worth. At the same time someone hit a deer at amanada way and 380 (air bags deployed) and a major structure fire in Decatur off Mills street required several depts to assist.
Just giving you your local and late breaking news from scannerman!
who hears his wife fall in the bathtub and immediately calls 911. why not go check on her first them decide if 911 is needed ..... unless he needed a cover story.

further update..it was on cr 3657 off cr 2123 and, the body was sent to m.e. office in ft worth for autopsy..stay tuned fer more..
