he was driving a suburban..they came by right in front of my house driving down a dusty road thru park springs, the cops were having trouble catching them because of the dust..there was a wc hellicopter joined the pursuit just inside montague co. if not for them the bad guys would have gotten away..2 or 3 subjects bailed out between newport and vashti.
Billy Joe??? Isn't he the one that jumped off the Tallahatchie Bridge back in the 1960's?? Now that I think about it, I think his last name was Mudd or McAllister. MY Bad!!
It's just the testosterone. They are young men, you know. We should be understanding, sympathetic even, to their plight. Maybe give 'em some drugs or something to help.
Yes, that would be a good, liberal, spread the love kind of response. The conservative 2x4 and ten minutes with a mad sheriff would work too but it wouldn't be considered polite.
Since we are incapable of either approach I guess we'll just turn it over to a gaggle of parasitic lawyers on both sides and watch them bleed both the families and the public for a bunch of money as they pretend to do something important for the next couple years.
Could have had another Stephen York incident,it had 3 of the right ingredients, start with long distance police chase, one Suburban and some idiot driving it!!
Excellent Police work by Wise, Clay, Montague, and Jack Counties. I live out there and saw all three Sheriff's talking on t he side of the road. The helicopter was a huge plus the Clay County Sheriff said. DIRT BAGS in jail.....GOOD JOB GUYS< My wife and I thank you.

They might have a better chance of getting away if they would use big cars.

It's a wonder anyone was caught with the way the sheriff's office was handling that? What a joke! Barney's finest!
