It vaguely looks like the owner of this year and last years winning super bowl team.
It only looks futuristic because that guy may have died several years ago and is only being projected as a hologram, or perhaps is a robot, or maybe they let the head die a natural death, froze the body and are projecting a hologram onto the body. The stuff they can do with a camera phone these days is amazing.
