No wonder the Messenger is struggling - what kind of interview do you call that? Don't go on camera and try to get an interview when you cannot come up with questions on the spot and sound half-way intellegent. Yes, it was a horrible interview, but I don't blame Dr. Bland for that!!!
I had more of a problem with Mr. Bland than the reporter. Mr. Bland seemed to be trying his hardest to make everyone think the child was barely injured. I am soooo happy my 5th grader attends a different school.
LMFAO...yeah the messenger reporter must start somewhere - and apparently based on where he works he is most defintely starting at the bottom. all the good owners, news and sports reporters have left for green pastures
Was the video really done by the WCM or did the bridgeport journalism staff do it? thats what it seems like. whatever the case, the WCM should put more attention into its paper which lacks at some many levels and not try to be a tv stations. it failed.

Poor guy, he probably just went for one huge yank and whatever was stuck was really stuck, and he was strong enough to tip the lockers over.
Uh, were the lockers not attached to the wall? If not, we're looking at a lawsuit. Or did he just pull hard enough to dislodge them?
Regardless, just another example of how Bridgeport is falling apart.
Awnings, lockers what is next?
Whew! At least the heat is off Chico for awhile.
WTF? That interview was terrible, absolutely terrible!
Awkward situation/awkward interview. I'm glad that I didn't have to explain that.
Even if they were attached to the wall, it was poorly! Thank God he wasn't injured more seriously!

I agree 4:17 - more importantly I hope the boy is ok and will make a quick recovery!!
In all fairness, the reporter is VERY young, and it is still early in his career. He's gotta start somewhere to get experience.
Life just is not fair!
Thankfully the student is okay.
You have to wonder how weight or torque was applied to cause the lockers to fall over.
Interesting!
non union labor caused this.
It's better when one locker collapses on a fifth grader than when 5 lockers fall on a first grader.
Do the math
