What does this graphic mean? I have no idea.
The mighty TCU, which the commentors seem to love, puts its unbeaten record on the line this weekend against the Mormons of BYU. The game is so important that even ESPN's Game Day is headed there.
But there is a problem. At least for some of you. The game is on the Versus Network. DirecTV and Versus are in a fight, and DirecTV refuses to air the Versus channel. Ergo, if you are a fan of TCU and have DirecTV, you've got a
problem. Jarhead?

But who wants to watch a game from a second tier conference on a second tier channel anyway?
If you want to see the game bad enough - the sports bar at the Gaylord Texan shows the games that are aired on Versus.
College Football Fan
kankles.
I can't figure out why networks still mess with satellite, cable, and broadcasting over the air. Now that broadband is available just about everywhere why don't they just put their broadcasts on the internet?
Go Cougars!
Yes we DO love the Frogs!!!!!
Yes, I Love the Frogs and I don't believe they get enough credit. However, I have a more important question; If I have Direct T.V. and a part of my package includes the Versus channel, will they refund me my money, in some small way, for not being able to watch it? Probably not, but it's just a sign of things to come.
Electricity off around Lake B'port
Dam. Anyone know what's up?

Yes, Direct TV will give you a credit. You just have to be a little pushy. They will try to offer you a sports package or movie package for a couple of months. I said "no thanks" and talked them into giving me a $20 credit on my bill each month for the next six months.

That's awesome and thank you for the information, I will do the same. Thanks again.
12:47 I asked the same question right before i switched to Direct.

Well, the 12-12-2012 guy is here.
Now where is that toe licking S.O.B.?
Maybe the pic has something to do with Mormons and their secret underwear. Again, Jarhead? Doesn't he have the Utah hook up?
Hello DocLogic--Texas/OU= Much ado about nothing. All hype! Sloppy played game. Rather watch Grambling/Texas Southern!!

also did you see the "Kiss-Cam" at the BYU game? It took the entire 3rd quarter to show just 3 families.
The picture means:TCU=Toe licking accepted and BYU=no Toe licking accepted
