News: Scandal?
This is still preliminary, but I'm getting word that news of a Bridgeport Teacher Sex Scandal is about to break. No names.
Developing....
Edit: It's in the Update as of 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. I hope it works out of the guy. (Comments off for now.)

It posssibly involves a person that did something they should not have done, and then someone else told another person about what might have happened, according to a rumor that may or may not be true. We should find out more later, if there's anything going on.

No matter what the scoop is, you can bet there will be countless numbers of teenagers and adults who will be ready to roast those involved. Meantime, tonight those same teenagers and adults are doing stuff so freaky that if anyone other than themselves or their partner knew about it, they would be so mortified that they couldn't show their faces in church tomorrow.

Why would a teacher date a former student. I see a problem. It raises the question if anything happened last year. They need to fire him.

In your blog when you say "I'm getting word" isn't that considered a "rumor" Well your are from Bridgeport and we all know how they love to spread "rumors" I guess it makes people feel better to have something bad to talk about - maybe they should be looking for the positive things in life!! Instead of trying to hurt people with "rumors"
um, if the person dating the teacher is out of school, then that person is NOT a student, which makes the title of this post erroneous. Nothing wrong with ex students dating teachers, people. Get a life!
I agree with 9:16! you guys are worse than teenagers. Grow up. With this behavior it's going to be hard for you to get any good teachers to work in Bridgeport if this is how you treat them over Bridgeport gossip.
I have a friend who dated HIS highschool teacher. She ended up pregnant during the school year. The teacher kept it a secret, he kept it a secret, his parents kept it a secrets so that she wouldn't get in trouble and lose her job.
He ended the relationship a few years later. The teacher stalks him and is bat crazy.
I just don't think its ok for anyone to date their teacher.

There should always be a clear-cut line between teacher and student. Any time you start to compromise on what's appropriate between children and those in authority over them, you invite trouble. And I would think Bridgeport ISD of all the districts in the county would be aware of what kind of trouble they're inviting.
Here is a thought...If you do not know the details of the "scandal" then there is a really good chance it is none of your business and you do not need to know the details.
What is the big secret how can we discuss scandal if we don't know what the scandal is?????
