What started the fire? Someone cookin' meth in there?

How about we offer strength and prayers for those whose homes were damaged instead of just being an ass? Even if that was the case, innocent people obviously suffered loss.

There are times whe things should simply be kept in the head. So to 1:26, yeah the meth lab idea would be funny if it was not an entire set if families who lost probably everything they had. I can joke with anyone, but there are times when and when not to. At least when I make a comment that can hurt people, especially in the face of tragedy, my name is attached.

Hey BG, when are you gonna start being paid as the county reporter?

Well, actually it was not meant as a joke but was a direct question. There was no offense given in that question to the innocent victims of the fire. But, Wise County has meth labs almost everywhere. If you take a look at the comments in the above newer aftermath pic of the fire, you will find one that talks of a meth lab that WAS found in the attic of the apartments back in the 90s. MY question was asked because frankly I'm sick and tired of "meth freaks" putting other people's lives at stake. Not only should meth cookers be prosecuted for cookin' dope, but they should be prosecuted for endangering the lives of their neighbors. IF this happened to be a meth explosion ( and I said IF!) then I hope the culprits are prosecuted fully.
Never intended any offense to the victims. I had family who used to live in those apartments a while ago. Nice places, but unfortunately, you never really know who might be living around you.

Hate to burst your "polite" little bubble there 2:15, but Decatur has had its share of meth labs too.

So if you all know where these labs are, go to crimestoppers and collect your $100! If you have information of these and choose to do nothing, then the next time someone is injured or worse, killed, I hope you can live with yourself!

7:06, did anyone here say they KNEW where they were? Geeze..what is with you people?

Do you realize there have been many already busted labs in Decatur? That is where my comment came from. Believe me, if I knew where they were, I'd be reporting them to police. WOULD YOU???

This fire possibly started in the storage closet. hmmm.. wonder what explosive materials are kept in closets?
