Welcome to the real world, Barry. You would no doubt be surprised the number of those who have no legal right to be in this country.
Whites will soon be the minority voters in Texas with a steady increase in the Hispanic population. This will only increase with the Columbian Drug Cartel now running unchecked in Mexico. More and more will be forced to cross over the border for safety and to join with their families already in our State.
Fox News reports next to Pakistan, Mexico is our biggest threat due to the drug cartel. Our grandaughter was not able to go with her nursing school to the Valley to assist in immunizations becasue it was not safe to even be on the US side of the border. Girls are being kidnapped and forced to be sex slaves to drug leaders!
Schools will have to hire more teachers who speak Spanish in order to help the children get a good education in order to be productive citizens.

The inaction of the Congress, both Republicans and Democrats, on stopping illegal immigration does have an effect on the number of police officers in Arlington and the number of teachers in Lewisville. I don't have the numbers for these two communities but the Dallas ISD is about 33% children of illegals. I do know that the more students a school has, the more teachers must be hired.
The open border supported by Obama contributes to the number of teachers in most Texas schools and the number of police officers in our communities.
I feel very comfortable in saying that Obama, who has been in office less than a month, had nothing to do with the number of teachers or police officers employed in 2007.

And our schools bend over backward to accommodate the hispanic students. Way more is done for them than any non-hispanic student.....everything from after school tutoring (which they don't show up for half the time) to special classes during the school day. And at the campus where I work most of the discipline problems are the hispanic kids. They have no respect for teachers or other students and they don't do their work. I'm not being racist, as many of you will assume, I just see it happening every day.
Just like the Casa D'Ice sign guys says "At the current rate, June of 2012 will be White History Month".I don't think he is off to far.
I don't know why you are stunned. The whites actually know what birth control is and use it. The messicans just breed like rabbits! They know the legal taxpaying white boy will just have to pay more taxes to support thier illegal asses!

If we would round-up the drug related offenders that break the law in our country and shoot them, they might slow down the problem. As it is, they know that nothing will happen to them when they get caught, so they don't care who they step on. This is the reason that the number of people with handgun permits just keeps growing. If you wait on the police or the state to help you, you may not live through it.If someone tries to kidnap one of my kids and I am there, that guy won't get it done. Not saying he would be dead, but he may have problems getting around for a while!

Friends,it's happening all over the Southwest. I talk to people from various states and they all say Hispanics are slowly taking over.
The balance is already tipping towards Hispanics becoming the majority in Texas.
Maybe, living off the government is a successful business in the United States. And, maybe government is 100% at fault for that.
And, maybe Caucasians are beginning to get smarter and smarter each day by realizing that they don't want to live off the government and would like to fend for themselves therefore, coming to the realization that they can't support umpteen kids so they're not going to have umpteen kids.

History 101, people migrate. Wars are fought over it. Languages change. The Apache and Comanche speak English. The Aztec speak Spanish and your great grand children will too, thanks to our Congress. I am the first generation for 200 years to have lived in only one country and Australia is looking better every day.
This is no surprise really. Many Hispanic families have larger numbers of children than do other races.
This is just accepted in much of their culture and these children have as much right to a good education as others.
But the border crossers - that's a whole different problem - and it is a problem that nobody seems to know how to fix.
This are -public school- stats. Like 9:14A said, you would have to factor in -home-schooling and private schools- before it could be determined if Whites are giving a pass to education.
Besides the obvious -- the explosive growth of Latino families in Texas -- we're experiencing a new type of "white flight." This time, it's not as much to the suburbs as it is to private and parochial schools.
We still support public schools, but it's obvious that many of our fellow inner-urban dwellers do not. And that's kind of sad.

You'd better hope that the young Hispanic kids in your schools today get a good education and go on to compete, globally, for the best jobs in the future, because you won't get any extra credit for being white in a country overrun with poorly-educated Hispanics. Keep generalizing about all Hispanics and you'll miss the bigger picture, which is that, as most of industrialized Europe struggles with an aging population, the US is maintaining a relatively young workforce that should help it remain competitive in the future. However, if that younger workforce is not properly educated, the US will fail to capitalize on an important resource, and you can bet that China and India, with far greater populations, will be there to provide plenty of skilled workers across the world.

You know, after reading these comments I'm glad white America is losing the majority.
Home and private schools are where you can find your white kids. Public education sucks. Between the TAKS test and public school officials drilling kids with TAKS worksheets and curriculum, people that can afford to home school or send their kids to a private school do so. Statistically, white people earn more income than other races.

After all, White Middle Class America shoulders the vast majority of the tax burden that provides all those free lunches for your kids. It provides all those free educations for your kids. Those WIC items you eat. Those airwaves that carry your loud music. The streets that you drive 10 mph on.

Some of my best students are and have been Hispanics. Just like all races, there will be hard workers and not-so-hard workers.

Don't blame their religion as they don't follow it. Most of the people aren't married. It's ok to have sex out of wedlock, but to use birth control, it's against our religion. Give me a break. These people don't want to meld into our society. They want us to give them everything and then meld into theirs.
