Decatur is starting at 10:30 am - so far.
I just saw on Channel 8 that Decatur starts tomorrow morning at 10:30. However, I work for DISD and I haven't received my official notification phone call yet.
There's ice.........hubby just fell going down our front steps. Our porch is like a skating rink.
All of Decatur is closed for the rest of the week.
