From an unnamed cell phone email: "Sweet ride. In the parking lot of the old hospital [in Decatur] . . . parked sideways so no one door dings it!"
And, although not a pic, emailer Danielle sends along this headline which she knew would get my attention:

My husband filled up in Ponder for $2.79 a gallon last night and laughed at me for paying $3.31 @ Wal Mart in Decatur.
CRAP....nd I thought I got a good deal @ $3.19/gallon in Trophy Club this morning!
Tomorrow morning @ 8am there will be a HUGE Cross Country meet @ Decatur HS (at the HS, not the Reunion course). Counting JV and middle school there will be over 60 teams there including 2 of the fastest runners in the state (girl-Southlake Carroll, boy-Flower Mound Marcus)....yes, LOTS of big 5A schools! Decatur's girls team is still #1 in state 3A and boys is #6!!! Come out and watch (very fan-friendly course)
Do we have a developing trend of motorcycle wrecks around DFW?
Riding a motorcycle is kind of like having an unregulated financial market. It is fun until you crash. A hell of a way to go.
BG, I cant believe that you are not up to date with the Ebonics lingo. Those cars are called donks.
BFF died last year in a motorcycle accident. No helmet. She was a passenger. Driver lived.
If you are smart you wear the complete gear! NO the frinnged vest and chaps dont count as riding gear either ! All of that is mearly a waste of good leather! All that fringe and chaps and vest wont withstand the impact! And those dew rags all those tuff guys wear wont soak up the blood from even a slight head wound much less A cracked skull! Dew rags are actually to prevent your hair and oils from contaminating your inner linner of your HELMET!Not a helmet replacement! Helemts have a 4 season "LIFE SPAN" too ! Your old BELL helmet you bought in the late 70 early 80's is no longer road worthy! If its 4 years old get a new one
You horseface, it isn't ebonics.
That just happens to be the way the tow truck left it in the parking lot. This car had a broken wheel. The owner requested that the hospital not have it towed while he made the necessary repairs. The owner probably spent more on the wheels than on the rest of the car.
Dag-nabit barry the planning & zoning building in town has one of them urban schooners like the one pictured tied up out front . Could be somebody from the police station. Those young kids and thier modern kintrapshuns! Gabby Hayes
