Where are all the big-haired, fake breasted Wise County snow bunnies? They should be sitting around the ski-lodge (Frilly's) sipping hot spiced wine (Bud Light) in their sexy, tight little ski outfits (camouflage)?

Well, now, someone else can wear a T-shirt entitled "Ski Decatur". Years ago, we had a big ice/snow event in Decatur, and my wife and I skied down South Cowan Street beside the old Wise Electric Coop offices down to Hale Street (we owned our skis at the time). Someone actually stopped and asked us where they could rent skis!!
Of course, It's always the truckers fault.

I did that once in Gawd's Country, even have video of it. It really sucked going back up the hill to do it again, though. Where's even a pony lift when you need it?
I really like this picture! We got a great big laugh around our house.
I told my boys that they don't need to take a ski trip anymore. I'll save at least 500 bucks.
