Going Postal
Haven't seen anything in the paper about it, but it looks like we had a high speed chase on Friday night starting close to Bridgeport and ending when the guy crashed into the post office in downtown Paradise. DWI arrest followed.

I know someone who works for the
P-dise post office. Apparently the guy went up there yesterday to see how much he needed to pay for the damages . . . Nothing like a little drinky-drink and cop chase around the holidays !!
Another JERK in the bag! Probably wasn't his first offense. He may get off because he had a difficult childhood.
Sounds like a cover-up to me. Who was this guy? Apparently he must have some money to be able to pay for the damages! Maybe his money bought the newspapers silence.

Seems DWI offenders in Wise Co don't always have to answer for their offense. It's been several months for one offender I know, and not ONE thing has been done yet to make him/her "pay" for it. Justice in Wise Co? Have to wait for it, I guess.......sometimes years?
The poor sap just wanted to mail himself to Red River Hospital to dry out.
Better there than here where we have to pay for it.
