I wonder why his bond is $2000 more? You think when your setting a 500K plus bond amount a couple of grand wouldn't be a big deal. Is it a 2K surcharge for being a Mexican?

Why do they have a bond if their parole was revoked? Doesnt that mean they are staying in jail anyway????? Why would they bond out just to have to stay anyway?
