That is not from Wise County. There are no dead coyotes or flathead catfish hanging on that fence.

I remember as far back as when Mr.Goad(Bobby's dad) had the 2 stores,I had done quiet a bit of partying with Bobby. One of my main memories of Jeterville was, I had to work on a Christmas Eve morn. in Ft W. which I ALWAYS stopped at the c-store every morning. Way before I was even close to the store, I could see at least 15 or 20 emergency vehicles with all lights flashing, I could not imagine what had happened, my first thought was fire, but no smoke, as I got closer, I could see that the complete perimeter of the c-store was taped off with police tape as I call it. I pulled in and parked at the liquor store, it was about 5AM, I went in the back door of the c-store and found Bobby Goad with the most awful, distraught look I had ever seen on anybody's face!!. I remember vividly seeing him standing and staring out the north window looking out to the parking lot/gas pump area, as I looked out there I realized that a good friend of mine had been murdered!! The sheet that was over his body was soaked in blood, there was even blood pooled around the edges of the sheet, this is so weird to me now, because I still remember so many details about that Christmas Eve morning. Porsche car, Terry Harvey had just purchased the 911 Carrera, it had BIG BULLET holes in it (driver's side) from one end to the other, even the deck lid and back glass. Terry had parked the car there on the East end of the store earlier in the night to go partying with some other friends.( Terry was also employed there)If anyone on here remembers Mike Manning, will know that he was a good man, he was also a big ole boy!! He was running the c-store that night when 2 males and 1 female had pulled up to the gas pumps and filled up. They did not intend to pay for the gas. As they were driving away from the pumps, Mike ran outside to stop them, the female was driving, there was a male in passenger side front and a male, passenger side, rear. They both had 45cal.Thompson brand, fully automatics, with drums, sub machine guns. The 2 males opened fire on Mike and had almost cut him in half with the machine guns!! They kept firing until they got out on 287. The good thing is that a man was stopping in for gas seen the car speeding out of the parking lot with the 2 machine guns just ablazing, he got a good description of the vehicle and called the police who intercepted them on I-35N, after a long shoot-out and high speed chase all the way down I-35 to Burleson, they were finally caught and prosecuted. OH GREAT!!!!!, I just realized I put this on the wrong thread!! Crapola!!!
