I'll bet this would not have gone unchallenged in Texas---another reason I'm glad I live among Texans, who, for the most part, still have a keen sense of honor, and would have kicked this guy's butt up behind his shoulder blades and held him for law enforcement.

i think this is where the term 'lock him up and throw away the key' came from.
I think this guy needs to give a few "beatings" in prison. Only thing is it won't be old men he'll be beating.
I think a dose of .357 Magnum would be appropriate for that scumbag.
