It is not a good picture of her, that's all.
Most of these "celebs" look quite ordinary without their makeup staff. Wanna bet they could make mzchief look good. Well, maybe that's asking just too much!

Oh, the "drowned rat" bit made me spit coffee....
Dunst is one of those girls who can have a real On Night every once in awhile...the rest of the time she's an ordinary girl. It's a like-able quality, I think...she's comfortable with herself enough forgo the Pamela Anderson nip/tuck/Maybelline head dunk.
