I didn't watch the Pro Bowl but, if I had, I would be talking about this play. (And wait to listen to the Japanese broadcast of the play near the end.)

The defender violated the spirit of the game. Most of the players have not played in several weeks, they are not with their normal team members so blocking schemes, etc. are impacted. That's why there are official rules for this game like no blitzes, as well as handshake rules like "don't lower your shoulder and try to kill somebody". To which, the defender is just a jerk. This game is about as serious as a pick up game or flag football in the church yard. You just don't lay people out deliberately in that situation.
Well, I'm sure the defender will go on to make yet another GREAT addition to our pro football teams populated with grossly overpaid and under-socialized low-lifes.

THE PRO BOWL SUCKS! IT'S A HALF-ASS JOG AROUND. I WISH THE PLAYERS WOULD BOYCOTT IT, BUT WE KNOW THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
