I'm glad. How could the guy after all those years of smoking blame PM for his lung cancer? Did he not read a newspaper, magazine or watch the news all those years where scientific research was showing a direct correlation between smoking and cancer? Hello Mr, catch a clue.

I don't like tobacco or it's products and have never used them, but I think since they are a legal substance, people have their agency to use it or not, but if they choose to use it not blame the maker of the product for any ill effects it may have on them. There is plenty of information about tobacco products out there and the possible consequences of using it for folks to make an informed decision as to use it or not

It's been a long time coming...it still blows my mind how a lawsuit such as this even makes it that far. We are a society of the blame game...everyone else is at fault, not me...
