Boise State running back Ian Johnson, right, proposes to his girlfriend, cheerleader Chrissy Popadics, Monday, Jan. 1, 2007 after Boise State beat Oklahoma 43-42 in the Fiesta Bowl college football game in Glendale, Ariz.

I wonder if he had it planned, or if the emotion of beating OU just got to him? Either way, I'm sure it was surreal to that little cheerleader!

She said, "Yes!" She hugged him and they both started crying. It was so sweet and touching.

They were on Good Morning America this am with a recap of the whole thing. Excellent "Statue of Liberty" move....never seen it before, pretty cool...followed by the drowned-out-by-the-noise proposal and her big "YES" response. They're a cute couple, although he seemed to be angling for an acting deal during his interview....
