Boise State running back Ian Johnson, right, proposes to his girlfriend, cheerleader Chrissy Popadics, Monday, Jan. 1, 2007 after Boise State beat Oklahoma 43-42 in the Fiesta Bowl college football game in Glendale, Ariz.
They were on Good Morning America this am with a recap of the whole thing. Excellent "Statue of Liberty" move....never seen it before, pretty cool...followed by the drowned-out-by-the-noise proposal and her big "YES" response. They're a cute couple, although he seemed to be angling for an acting deal during his interview....

Awwe, that's sweet!
very sweet...and bonus she gets to change her name to something easy to pronounce and spell!
I wonder if he had it planned, or if the emotion of beating OU just got to him? Either way, I'm sure it was surreal to that little cheerleader!
What did she say? Did it show that?
Re: 11:28 am
She said, "Yes!" She hugged him and they both started crying. It was so sweet and touching.
She was crying and he was probably sweating. However his sweat has probably turned to tears after reality set in.
