mmmmm... 2:21 I'm pretty certain that I am perfect enough not, to drag a 14 month old child behind my car especially, my own.
I don't know but, maybe it is something you are capable of doing.
I think that its something anyone could do...accidents happen. We all have our moments of in-attention. If a toddler is right behind you even in a small car there is always the possiblity that you wouldn't see them, I guess you've never been in a auto accident of any kind. I would hope that the woman was not trying to run down the kid. And those of us who think it can't happen to me, seem to be the ones that accidents happen to.
