Slow
I think the world has slowed to a crawl today. Not much happening.
Other than my secretary is on vacation. And that makes me depressed and grumpy. (At least more depressed and grumpy compared to every day.)

I was thinking the same thing today-not much going on-barry do you attend the wise county old settler's reunion?
I'm sad and grumpy because I don't even have a secretary.

Secretaries seem not to want to work for someone that is on fire. Cindy Sheehan should protest like you instead of fasting for 24 hours.
Hey Barry .... we missed you out on the court house steps today when our future Attorney General Van Os was here for a speech.
It is one of the few times all of us Democrats have been up there.
I was waiting for a Republican revolt from within-side. That would have made for an interesting day.
And the service at the "Court House Cafe" was perfect :)

My boss is so funny. He always forgets when I'm off and freaks out when I'm gone because he has no clue how to handle things. I guess I should be grateful that he needs me like he does.

Hey collectionsite, why would you expect a revolt from the republicans in the courthouse? Some republicans do occassionally vote for a democrat unlike "yellowdog democrats." The best man or woman for the job not the party label. Also if the group of about 15 to 20 people is all of the democrats in Wise County, I am glad to be a republican!

3:59 - Rest assured that this Democrat (liberal) was not there so there are actually (a few) more than the 15 at courthouse. BTW, I do vote for Republicans when they are the best choice in a race (very rare occurrence). I even voted in last Republican primary and runoff as I felt this allowed me to make a better choice.
5:17, Glad to know that voting Rebublican does make for a better choice for you. 16 democrats with one on the fence is a sign of progress. Please attend their next massive courthouse gathering and try to set the other 15 straight.

You liberals sure put alot of intellectual thought into your posts. One liners add so much to your debates that it is hard for even me to stoop that far down to respond to such intellect. Simple minds tend to think in simple terms if you can call that thinking. Shouldn't y'all be watching American Idol on TV right now? I don't watch TV so I wouldn't know. Glad to clear that up for you.
