Thank Goodness You Didn't Go To Northeast Mall Today

An unidentified woman plunged to her death from an overpass at Rufe Snow Road onto the emergency lane of Loop 820 West in Northeast Tarrant Councy on Wednesday morning.
Police say they believe the woman intentionally jumped, said investigator Larry Irving of the North Richland Hills Police Department.
Witnesses told police that the woman walked across the street from a nearby cluster of restaurants and shops shortly before noon and disappeared over the edge of the overpass.
She landed out of highway traffic and no-one else was injured, police said.
Traffic was snarled for at least an hour and backed up about a mile to Highway 26 to the east as police investigated.

She was probably stuck in that traffic and lost it! The traffic at 820 & Rufe Snow will make you want to go over the edge. Obviously, I do feel for her family.
I never feel more postal than when on 820 and Rufe Snow. I'm convinced this is what hell will be like. Traffic. About 9 yrs ago a Haltom student committed suicide by jumping off the Haltom Rd. bridge onto 820. I can't remember if he killed the driver of the car that hit him or not.
Most of the 820 loop is four or five lanes EXCEPT through North Richland Hills where it is two lanes. And, hell, that's one of the most populated areas.
Are you sure it wasn't a male? It might have been Chris Mathews after hearing Karl Rove would not be indicted.
I think we should remove comments of this blog for fear we might be upsetting family and friends of the person killed. The precedent is set.

Imagine it: driving with your sweet little children to the mall and all of a sudden a body plunges from the overpass...as you and your children watch in horror! How awful!
umm....just how many family memebers of that woman might be reading this blog? If she wanted to die privately then she should not have killed herself in such a public display.
