And who cares anyway. They're not doing anything. Could be a friend of the photog that just said, hey I'll jump in the pic.
I'm not a defense attorney like some people, but I bet I could get Dirk off all charges stemming from this picture in about two seconds in front of even the most stupid judge and jury.
