I don't understand why this "thing" is allowed to almost block the turn area. It is parked in the worst possible spot. Who even wants to look at it? Why is it trucks can park anywhere they wish?... like in the ROAD in front of Whataburger, IHOP, or Pizza Hut. Anyone else parks there..and I do mean PARK.. would get a ticket! Right officer???
