It looks pretty good. The fact that there were 2 previews for it with the new Harry Potter movie just pissed me off though. I am looking forward to The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe and Ice Harvest.

Amazing. You have the original King Kong (which was pretty good), then you have the remake (which was pretty good), and now we have the re-remake (which looks pretty good). Maybe this movie will break the usual mold of "the remakes are never as good".
This movie does look great...how could it not be, with Peter Jackson directing it? He has an amazing imagination and made Tolkien enjoyable for millions. However, I'll just trust you guys with the review because I usually don't watch movies with animals in them (be it a mammoth gorilla or a yellow lab)...I'm a weirdo, I know. But if they get hurt or die, it really, really makes me sad.
