....i rather doubt that - just think he's giving it down, knowing he's on his way out.....

.....the guy really has had a lot of things to go through during his tenure...

Take it from me. When every word you say is taken down verbatim by a court reporter--you find out that almost NOBODY talks in complete sentences and makes real good sense!!
